J's takes all applications for employment seriously, and takes pride in each and every employee throughout our company. Store management are qualified to ensure the food we serve is safe, and is controlled to ensure the safety of all staff, and customers we serve. All store managers are qualified to run a safe food operation under ServSafe Manager Certifications. J's currently employees a ServSafe instructor/proctor to continuously train, and qualify management on up to date standards, and FDA code, to ensure all procedure is followed in our operations. New staff will be trained as a team member at any one of our locations, and will be expected to continuously ensure company policy/procedure is followed, as well as all local regulatory laws. Staff that exceed our companies expectations are recognized in leadership positions within our company. All upcoming managers are subject to training under ServSafe's curriculum before being officially promoted, and are expected to train staff within their home store.
